Loyalty Advantage speaks about loyalty alliance opportunities in Airline Distribution 2017

Loyalty Advantage was a participating panelist at the Airline Distribution® 2017 conference held 21-23 March in Hong Kong.

Mark Mullinix, managing director of Loyalty Advantage, was part of a five-person panel discussion on "Technology", which exchanged views and expertise on how technological changes have affected all parts of the travel distribution chain, from business operations and revenue streams to traveller expectations and customer experience.

"One of the most interesting and overlooked aspects of distribution is the effects of loyalty on passenger behaviors," said Mullinix, addressing the audience. "Airlines in the low-cost space have started working together on distribution in alliance-like structures, but what had been missing until now was the ability to link loyalty points earning on partner carriers in a cost-effective and operationally efficient manner."


Airline Distribution® 2017 is an interactive conference where airline executives from all over the world can meet face-to-face with many of the industry leaders who are solving or working to solve the complex distribution questions facing airlines today.
