The in-person courses are taught with real-world experience and case-studies from the Loyalty Advantage team of consultants who have helped design and improve some of the world’s largest loyalty programme across industries, geographies and changes in technology.
Customised to your needs and schedules
Choose from either one or more from a series of carefully designed courses which allow you to get a deeper knowledge on particular aspects of loyalty marketing.
You may also complete a series of required courses that qualify you to become an internationally recognised Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP), or be awarded with a Diploma in Loyalty Marketing, by the Loyalty Academy.
Each course is designed with your time constraints in mind and is condensed into either a half-day (2-3 hours) or a full-day session (4-6 hrs).
Courses can be delivered in a venue of your choice within your organisation’s premises or at an external venue. We also facilitate remote participation in case you have participants from other cities who need to dial in.
